Malou Holmström began their work experience in 2012 as a Hovmästare at Restauran B.A.R. Malou then moved on to Stureplansgruppen in 2014, where they continued in the role of Hovmästare until 2015. In 2016, Malou became a Restaurangchef at Austin Food Works, a position they held until 2019. During this time, they also worked as an Assisterande Restaurangchef at Boulebar Sverige AB from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, Malou started their career in the digital marketing field as a Digital Analytics Intern at Data Talks from August to October. Malou then transitioned into the role of Performance Marketing Manager at the same company from November 2021 to June 2022. Currently, Malou holds the position of Head of Performance Marketing at Data Talks, starting in June 2022. In their current role, they are responsible for setting team targets, budgeting for paid acquisition, and overseeing the performance of various marketing channels. Malou is also involved in developing data-driven strategies and regularly reviewing plans based on real performance.
Malou Holmström completed a Digital Analytiker degree at Medieinstitutet from 2020 to 2022.
