Mike Ponticello has extensive work experience in the technology and service sectors. Mike has worked at Data Tech since 2002, where they held multiple roles including CIO (Chief Information Officer), SOO (Service Operations Officer), and VoiP Division Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing employee training, internal technology, service division operations, and VoiP communications for clients. Prior to joining Data Tech, Mike worked as a Senior Field Engineer at Data Tech from 2002 to 2006. Before that, they were self-employed at JV Computer Systems, Inc. from 1992 to 2002. Mike started their career as a Senior Installer at Stereo Rama from 1983 to 1992.
Mike Ponticello earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from United Electronics Institute from 1988 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Architecture from Dunedin High School in 1980-1981. Additionally, Mike has obtained certifications from Hewlitt Packard, Motorola PON Support, and Vonexus Communication.
