John Wager

John Wager has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. John is currently employed as a Customer Experience Manager at Datavalet since April 2022.

Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at Wager and Associates Consulting Inc. starting from July 2018.

From June 2016 to July 2019, they held the position of Director, Conversational Designer at [24]7.ai.

In 2015, John was the Senior Director of Professional Services & Education at Blueprint Software Systems, where they led a team of consultants and education specialists, ensuring the success of Blueprint customers in adopting the Blueprint Software for Requirement Management.

From November 2009 to January 2015, they served as the Director of Operations at Peter Igel Food Products Inc., managing a team responsible for coordinating global goods movement and meeting customer requirements.

In their role as VP Professional Services at North Plains Systems from January 2008 to November 2009, John directed the global consulting activities and worked closely with customers to understand their software deployment goals.

Before that, as VP, Business Services at Hummingbird Software from April 2005 to October 2006, they oversaw consulting activities for North American operations and collaborated with customers to define success criteria for software deployment.

John's early career began at PeopleSoft, where they worked from November 1994 to January 2005, serving as the Senior Director. John provided leadership to managers and staff, supplied consultants for customer implementation projects, evaluated services pipelines, and worked with customer project teams to develop staffing plans.

John Wager obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba. John attended the university from 1982 to 1986.
