Toby Chang

Toby Chang serves as President and Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Datavalet, an enterprise SaaS and managed services company focused on Wi-Fi solutions across various verticals in North America since May 2017. As Managing Partner at Alpine Growth Partners since April 2014, Toby co-founded the investment group to acquire and grow North American SMBs, including Datavalet Technologies in 2017 and a carve-out of SecurEdge's MSP business in 2021. Other roles include Principal at Relay Investments from November 2022 to June 2025 and Portfolio Associate at IndUS Growth Partners in late 2013 to early 2014, focusing on investments in middle-market information management and analytics. Toby's previous experience includes advisory work at Ascot Chang and a leadership position at Millennium Research Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
