Peter Lakin

Peter Lakin has worked in a variety of positions since 1990. Peter began their career at Lucas Automotive, where they held roles as Marketing and Business Development Manager Diesel Systems, Lucas Diesel Systems Sales & Marketing Director, and Lucas Bryce General Manager. In 2000, they joined Delphi as Delphi Diesel Systems Product Line Executive and Delphi Energy and Chassis Europe Director Sales and Marketing. In 2006, they moved to Faurecia and held positions as Faurecia Exhaust Systems Deputy Executive VP, Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies VP Sales, Marketing and Programs, and Faurecia Clean Mobility VP Composite Technologies. In 2019, Peter Lakin became President of acompany, Business Development of DataWhys, and Presenter of Vonlanthen Group of Companies. In 2020, they joined Volta Trucks as an Advisor, and in 2021 they became an Expert Evaluator for the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.

Peter Lakin received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool between 1977 and 1980. Peter then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from INSEAD in 1988.
