Ben Heald

End User Compute Specialist

Ben Heald has a diverse background in telecommunications and business development, beginning with roles at Vodafone Australia from October 2004 to October 2007, where Ben served as Store Manager and Assistant State Trainer. Following that, Ben held multiple positions at Nokia, including National Customer Escalations Support Manager for ANZ and Nokia Care Line Supervisor in Manila, as well as Regional Branch Manager for WA, QLD, and NT, and Branch Manager in Morley, WA. Ben's career continued at Optus from April 2016 to May 2017, with roles such as Partner Sales Account Manager, WA Government and Enterprise Mobile Solutions Specialist, and Business Account Manager.
