Diana Eilert

Diana Eilert is an accomplished ASX Board and Committee Chair, currently serving as a member of the Australian Competition Tribunal. With a career spanning several decades, Diana has held various leadership roles, including CEO of Clarius Group and Group Executive at Suncorp. Diana has also been a non-executive director for multiple organizations, including Navitas, Veda, and Domain. Currently, Diana is the Chair of the Board at Agrisolar AU and Keypath Education, while also contributing as a non-executive director at Domain and Data#3. Diana holds a BSc from the University of Sydney and an M Comm from UNSW.
