Elouise Gaffney is currently a Junior Salesforce Support and Operations Assistant at Data#3, providing operational assistance to the Information, Productivity and Technology Service Delivery team since January 2023. Elouise gained valuable insights through the 4B Internship Program, which emphasized mentorship and exposure to various IT fields such as systems engineering and cybersecurity. Prior to this, Elouise worked as a Café and Party Assistant at Pumpkin & Popcorn, where responsibilities included food preparation and interim management duties. Elouise also participated as a mentee in Cisco's 2022 MentorMe program and held the position of Retail Worker at Uncle Bob's Bakery, developing customer service and operational skills. Currently, Elouise is pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology with a focus on Software Design at The University of Queensland, scheduled to graduate in December 2024.
