Ewan Monro has over 15 years of experience in the IT and administration fields, currently serving as a Consultant at Data#3 since April 2008, where previous roles included Senior System Engineer, Systems Engineer, IT Support Representative, and Logistics Support Officer. Ewan's responsibilities have ranged from resolving customer issues and providing desktop support to managing logistics and processing customer orders. Prior to Data#3, Ewan worked as an Administration Officer at Queensland Health - Princess Alexandra Hospital, enhancing customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Ewan holds a Diploma in Justice Administration from Yeronga Institute of TAFE and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering from Southbank Institute of Technology.
