Moudy Abdelrahman

Moudy ABDELRAHMAN has extensive experience in IT, starting as a System Engineer at Radio Rentals SA in 2013 before moving on to become an Infrastructure IT Engineer at Lettscom IT Solutions in 2019. During this time, Moudy managed various IT systems, including Office 365, Exchange, and Azure, while also monitoring patching compliance. Most recently, Moudy worked at Data#3 as a Senior System Engineer and later as a Patch and Compliance Lead, where responsibilities included managing client tickets, providing support to thousands of users, and leading a patching team to address issues and upgrades for clients' systems.

Moudy ABDELRAHMAN attended the University of South Australia from 2017 to 2018, focusing on Cyber Security and Networking. Additionally, Moudy obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in 2021, Certified XG Architect in 2020, Administering System Center Configuration Manager and Intune in 2019, Certified Endpoint Engineer in 2019, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in 2014.
