Marlena Osipowicz

Marlena Osipowicz is a Bioinformatics Scientist with experience at Data4Cure, Inc. since September 2019, focusing on the development and maintenance of a single-cell RNA-seq data analysis application utilizing Python, R, Docker, AWS, and Git technologies. Prior to this role, Marlena worked with the Regulatory Genomics Research Group at the University of Warsaw from October 2018 to March 2021, where involvement included building and training machine learning classifiers for regulatory genomics research. Marlena holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from the University of Warsaw.
