Alex da Costa

Alex da Costa is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Back End Programmer and Time Tracker Team Lead at AAK Tele-Science, focusing on REST endpoint development using Django Rest Framework, while also leading a team to create a time tracking application. In addition, Alex works as a Data Annotator at DataAnnotation, where responsibilities include training and reviewing AI models. As President of Journey's End Special District since 2008, Alex oversees local tax authority functions and budget management. Previously, Alex spent nearly two decades at NTT America, progressing from Junior Developer to Senior Developer, and started as a Classroom Teacher and dBase programmer at Indian River State College. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and completed a Cognizant Developer Full Stack Train to Hire program through Udacity.
