Clark Samuel

Clark Samuel is a lawyer in the Infrastructure, Commercial and Devolution team at the Department for Transport (DfT) in the United Kingdom since January 2025. Concurrently, Clark serves as a freelance Prompt Engineer for DataAnnotation, a generative artificial intelligence company, optimizing data annotation processes and ensuring high-quality solutions for machine learning. Previously, Clark worked as a solicitor at Convex Legal, where the focus was on commercial and conveyancing services, and served as a Policy Advisor in Competition Policy at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment in New Zealand. A Tupu Tai intern at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, Clark holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington.
