Mindy Ayala-Diaz

Mindy Ayala-Diaz, M.A., is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in marketing, editorial duties, and data annotation. Currently serving as a Data Annotator and AI Chatbot Trainer at DataAnnotation since September 2023, Mindy focuses on enhancing user experience and ensuring content accuracy for AI chatbots. As the Marketing Coordinator for the Darden College of Education & Professional Studies at Old Dominion University since August 2021, Mindy oversees various marketing and communication efforts, including media writing, content creation, and event coordination. Additionally, Mindy's background includes editorial roles with Women & Criminal Justice, where contributions include recruitment for special issues and coordination of academic editions. Mindy holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication in Transnational Settings and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, both from Texas A&M International University.
