Alla Lemlekh began their work experience in 2004 as an Account Manager at SPN Group. Alla later joined Bonnier Business Press in 2005 as a Manager at the Development department. In 2006, they became the Head of Marketing and PR department at Avers Group, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, Alla joined DataArt as the VP of Business Development for Eastern Europe, and later became the SVP of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. Alla'srole at DataArt involves building relationships with partners and ensuring the company's success through key values such as trust and expertise.

Alla Lemlekh attended the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia from 1998 to 2003, where they studied foreign languages. In 2004 and 2005, they also obtained a Professional Certificate in Marketing from the Open Business School.
