Amanda Kochanczyk

Amanda Kochanczyk is an experienced HR professional, having served in various roles within recruitment and employer branding from 2014 to 2020. They began their career as a Business Compliance Assistant at IBM and progressed to positions such as Junior Employer Branding and Recruitment Specialist at VULCAN and IT Recruiter at NATEK. Amanda later advanced to an IT Recruiter/HR Specialist role at DataArt, where they developed data-driven recruitment strategies and led onboarding processes. They hold two Master's degrees in Communication Design and a Bachelor's degree in Diplomacy from Uniwersytet Wrocławski.
