Dmitriy Shchedrolosiev is the Head of DataArt’s R&D Center in Kherson, a position held since 2007. Previously, they served as the Head of the Centre of Computer Technology at Kherson State University from 1998 to 2021. Dmitriy earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Kherson State University, completing their studies in 1995.
