Elena Moroz

Elena Moroz has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an HR Manager at DataArt since November 2015, where responsibilities include executive search and comprehensive recruitment processes. Simultaneously, Elena works as an IT Recruitment Consultant for Code Environment Ltd, handling international client recruitment and contract negotiations in the UK and USA IT markets. Previous roles include Head of HR Department at an IT Product company, overseeing HR functions for over 200 employees, and Senior IT Recruiter at Ignite, specializing in sourcing IT talent. With a robust background in HR management beginning in 1998, Elena has developed HR infrastructures and managed recruitment processes across several organizations, complemented by a Master’s degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
