Igor Grachev

Igor Grachev is an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst in the finance sector, currently working at DataArt since April 2021. With a strong background in business analysis and project management, Igor oversees various project aspects including stakeholder management, project planning, status reporting, and budget tracking. Prior experience includes serving as COO and Director of Web Development at Program-Ace from June 2011 to April 2021, where innovative solutions in Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality were developed. Igor also held positions such as Head of Department and Project Manager at EnTechEco ltd, leading business analysis and resource planning, and earlier as a Senior Inspector at the State Tax Service in Kharkiv. Igor holds a Master’s degree from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, obtained in 1999.
