Igors Semjonovs

Igors Semjonovs is a sustainability professional with over 15 years of experience dedicated to climate action and digital transformation. They have educated and worked across Russia, the US, and Europe, focusing on community development within global infrastructure projects. Previously serving as General Manager at EthnoExpert, they managed high-level policy and strategy decisions, particularly in social baseline studies and stakeholder engagement within the Oil & Gas industry. Currently, as the Head of DataArt Baltics, Igors focuses on integrating sustainability into software engineering and fostering a healthy work environment. They hold a Master's degree in Anthropology from Saint-Petersburg State University and have furthered their education in Information Technology at Stanford University.
