Maxim Bastion

Maxim Bastion possesses extensive experience in business development and talent management, currently serving as the Chief Coordinator of Business Development Backoffice and the Chief Coordinator in DataArt's talent management program since January 2017. Prior roles include Director of Engineering and Head of R&D center at GlobalLogic, where Maxim oversaw large international teams and focused on service improvements and client communication. Previous positions at Luxoft, Program-Ace, and Entecheco involved leading large teams, managing operational processes, and ensuring quality in delivery. Maxim's career began in junior developer roles, eventually leading to significant management positions, showcasing a strong foundation in both technical and operational aspects of technology and business development. Maxim holds an education from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
