Paz Moncalvo

Paz Moncalvo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the recruitment and human resources field. Paz currently works at DataArt as the Recruitment Coordinator - Team Lead-Senior Recruiter, where they manage the team's daily activities and implements national-regional recruitment strategies. Prior to this, they held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT Regional Recruiter at DataArt, where they conducted selection processes for LATAM countries and served as a Training Tutor. Before joining DataArt, Paz worked as an IT Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Team Lead at Experis, where they assisted in IT and Executive selection processes and prepared psycho-technical reports. Paz also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Mercado Libre, managing the selection process for Customer Service and Fraud Prevention roles. Additionally, Paz worked as a Senior Recruiter at Experis, conducting sourcing and interviews and managing administrative tasks related to the selection process. Paz also contributed to a short-term project as a Human Resources Assistant at NODUS - Puertos, Marítima, Logística, and worked as a Social Educator at AEE - Asociación para la Educación Económica Uruguay, conducting educational classes focusing on financial administration.

Paz Moncalvo obtained a Master's degree in People Analytics from UNED in 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' from 2012 to 2017. Paz also pursued IT Recruitment at CONEXION HR in 2020 and graduated from Colegio Seminario as a High School Graduate with a focus on Social Sciences and Humanities Orientation from 1997 to 2011.
