Slava Buga

Slava Buga has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Slava started their career as a systems administrator at Internet Ukraine ISP in 1997 and later joined Ulybin GmbH as a chief systems administrator and department manager in 2001. From 2003 to 2013, Slava worked at Duvon Corporation as the Managing Director of European Operations. Slava then moved on to Qforma in 2013, where they served as the Director of Product Development, implementing new project management structures and improving development team output. In 2014, Slava joined EchoStar Corporation as a Software Manager, responsible for a team of 60+ developers and QAs. Currently, Slava is working at DataArt, first as a Senior Project Manager from 2015 to 2016, then as a Delivery Manager from 2016 to 2017, and finally as the Vice President of Business Development, a role they have held since July 2020.

Slava Buga obtained an Engineer's degree in Automated Computer Controlled Systems from State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' between 1992 and 1997. Additionally, Slava Buga obtained several certifications, including Enterprise Agile: Growing Scrum and Prepare for the PMI ACP Certification from LinkedIn, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2020, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in June 2021.
