Vlad Rusu

Vlad Rusu has extensive experience in various roles related to DevOps, InfoSec, and engineering. Vlad is currently serving as the Lead DevSecOps & Co-Head of DataArt's R&D Center in Romania, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, Vlad held key positions at Lola Tech, where they served as the Head of DevOps & InfoSec from September 2018 to October 2022, the Director of DevOps & InfoSec from September 2016 to September 2018, and as a Principal Engineer from July 2013 to September 2016. Vlad started their career at UPC Romania, where they worked as a Customer Service Team Lead from July 2010 to July 2012 and as a Technical Support Specialist from July 2008 to July 2010.

Vlad Rusu completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA degree program in Business Administration and Management from the Haroun Education Ventures from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their MBA, they hold several certifications, including CKS: Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist, CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator, CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional and Associate, Manager's Essentials, Certified Varnish Administrator, and Customer Care Techniques.
