Zaure Akisheva

Zaure Akisheva has extensive experience in human resources and marketing, currently serving as HR Lead for DataArt Baltics in Germany and Switzerland since September 2021. In this role, Zaure is responsible for attracting and retaining IT talent for the new R&D center in the Baltics while promoting the Company's Employer Value Proposition and fostering a positive working environment through effective HR initiatives. Previously, Zaure held the position of Human Resources Director at Beeline Kazakhstan, where responsibilities included leading talent development across seven countries in the HR HUB. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Speak First, Business Trainer at Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, and various marketing positions at Hewlett-Packard and Procter & Gamble. Zaure holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kainar Academy, and a Master's degree in Information Systems in Business from East Kazakhstan State Technical University.
