Jay Kallsen

Jay Kallsen is a seasoned professional in data center management, currently serving as the Regional Director of Critical Infrastructure at DataBank. They began their career as a Union Electrician in Omaha, Nebraska, before gaining valuable experience as a parts manager and welder at Bramco. Jay transitioned into data center operations, holding roles at notable companies including Google, where they developed specialized cooling systems and oversaw mega data centers. They have also worked as a Facilities Manager and Operations Coordinator at Aligned Data Centers, streamlining operations and improving standards. Jay continues to provide technical expertise as a Senior Critical Environment Engineer while co-founding Method Xperts.
