Lissa Harr is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and project management with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at DataBank since October 2021, Lissa previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Zayo Group from March 2016 to October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Program Manager in Business Operations at Level 3 Communications from June 2012 to March 2016. Lissa's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University College of Business, along with two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees, one in Marketing from The University of Texas at Dallas and another in Project Management from The Ohio State University.
