Willie S.

Willie S. is a Critical Infrastructure Engineer at DataBank since August 2022, focusing on process and procedure implementation to enhance operational efficiency and develop Method of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Previously, Willie served as an Operating Engineer at JLL, where safety protocols were implemented as a Safety Coordinator, and conducted equipment performance monitoring. At CBRE, Willie held the position of Building Engineer, ensuring data center operational readiness while holding a Certified Data Center Technician Professional qualification. As a Regional Service Technician at Power Distribution, Inc., Willie provided nationwide support for distribution units and completed expedited training for fieldwork. Willie began a career in the United States Navy as an Electricians Mate Third Class, responsible for managing complex electrical systems. Willie holds an Associate's degree in Mechatronics from Lonestar College.
