The DataBarque: Difference Our Vetting Methodology;

Our approach is built on a single, core principle: your candidates should be vetted by people who have done the job themselves. We integrate deep technical evaluation into every step of our process.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏: 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩-𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞
We begin with a peer-to-peer consultation. You’ll speak directly with our technical leadership to go beyond the job description. We discuss your system architecture, your current tech stack, your CI/CD pipeline, and the specific technical challenges the new hire will face. This ensures we are searching for a solution, not just a set of skills.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫-𝐋𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠
Every promising candidate is pre-screened by our internal engineering team. This is not a simple HR call. We conduct a practical technical evaluation that assesses:
Problem-Solving & Algorithmic Thinking
Coding Standards & Best Practices: We look for clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
System Design Acumen: We discuss architectural trade-offs and scalability.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭
You don’t receive a flood of resumes. You receive a concise shortlist of 2-4 candidates who have already passed our rigorous technical and cultural screening. Each profile is accompanied by our detailed notes, outlining their specific strengths, technical capabilities, and why we believe they are a strong fit for your team.
