Nicole Wang has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Nicole began as an Assistant Account Executive at Ketchum in 2016, followed by a Marketing Intern at the Downtown State College Improvement District (DSCID) in the same year. In 2017, they worked as a Communications Intern at Reingold, Inc., and in 2016, they were an Analytic Team Member & Creative Representative at The Daily Collegian. In 2018, they were a Digital Marketing Intern at SURGO, and in 2019, they were a Research & Interactive Design Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University and a Product Designer at Jobcase, Inc. Most recently, they have been a Product Designer at Instacart since 2021.

Nicole Wang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Penn State University between 2014 and 2017. In 2015, they attended a summer class at the University of the Arts London, focusing on Communication for PR and Advertising. In 2018, they completed a Master of Integrated Innovation for Products & Services from Carnegie Mellon University, with a focus on Product and Service Design. In 2017, they obtained a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.
