Mike Vanchieri has had a varied and extensive career in IT. Starting in 2000 as a Senior Network & Systems Administrator at B2BGALAXY.COM, they then moved to BOC Gases in 2001 as a Senior Desktop Support Specialist. In 2003, they became Manager of Infrastructure Development at JBL Consulting. In 2004, they began their own business, Extreme Custom Motorcycles, LLC, while also working as a Wireless Data Support Technician (Consultant) at Verizon Wireless. In 2005, they worked as a Lead Desktop Support Supervisor (Consultant) at Atlanta Gas & Light. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Telerx in various roles, including Service Desk Manager for HealthCare ConneXions and Service Desk Supervisor for Sentrx. In 2014, they worked as a Freelance Consultant as a Documentation Specialist, and from 2015 to present, they have worked at Databit, first as a Service Desk Coordinator and then as a Service Desk Manager. Throughout their career, Mike has led teams of Technical Support Engineers, managed daily operations of Technical Service Desks, and implemented new web-based Customer Portals. Mike has also monitored and responded to Technical Service Desk requests, assisted with technical project planning and budget allocation, and identified new and cost-reducing technologies.

Mike Vanchieri has a long educational history. Mike obtained their High School Diploma from Parsippany Hills High School in 1995. Mike then attended County College of Morris, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies in 1998. In 1999, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Network Engineering & Data Communications from The Chubb Institute. In 2003, they obtained a CompTIA Network+ certification. Finally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Ashford University in 2013.
