Dragana Đilas

Dragana Đilas has worked in the business and customer support fields since 2016. Dragana began their career at NTH Mobile as a Trouble Ticketing Team Leader in 2016. That same year, they began working at Four Dots as an SEO Content Writer. In 2021, they joined Databox as a Business Development Specialist and Customer Support Specialist.

Dragana Đilas is currently enrolled in InternetAcademy by LINKgroup, where they are pursuing a Web Project Manager & Data Analyst degree. Dragana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Slovak Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. In addition, Dragana holds certifications from TOLES (Test of Legal English Skills Higher Level, obtained in March 2020), University of Cambridge (Certificate of Proficiency in English, obtained in November 2013) and Google analytics (Advanced Google Analytics, obtained in July 2021).
