Isidora Radisic has been working in the field since 2016. Isidora began their career as an English Teacher at Bibo Global Opportunity, where they conducted English lessons to foreign students. Isidora then joined JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Marketing Associate in the same year. In 2017, Isidora joined Alternative Payments® as a Client Relations Specialist and Payments Specialist. In their role as Client Relations Specialist, they were responsible for building relationships with key employees among customers, creating plans to address clients’ business needs, scheduling regular meetings with customers, acting as a point of contact for complaints, and collaborating with internal teams. In 2020, Isidora joined Databox as a Sales Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, Level II Customer Support, and Customer Support Specialist.

Isidora Radisic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from the Faculty of Legal and Business Studies "Lazar Vrkatic PhD" in 2016. Isidora also holds certifications from Udemy in APIs with Postman for Absolute Beginners and The Ultimate MySQL Bootcamp: Go from SQL Beginner to Expert, both obtained in February 2022. In addition, they obtained a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in June 2010.
