Klemen Lenič

Klemen Lenič has a wealth of experience in sales and digital commerce. Klemen began their career in 2004 as an Area Sales Manager for Hofer KG. In 2006, they moved to Lacuna d.o.o. where they served as Regional Sales Director and Country Manager for Slovenia. In 2013, they became Director of Sales and Marketing for ISS Facility Services Slovenija d.o.o., restructuring and setting up a new and flexible sales organisation. In 2015, they joined Interim Adria as Sales Director and Senior Consultant, expanding the customer base and focusing on large domestic and multinational companies. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Danfoss in various roles, including Senior Digital Commerce Manager and Interim Head of E-Commerce, Senior Manager Digital Strategy and Analytics, and Manager Digital Commerce. Klemen also served as a Talent Acquisition/Senior Recruiter. Most recently, they were appointed Sales Manager at Databox, where they are responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and ramp-up of new Sales Team members, ongoing training and 1:1 coaching on sales processes, best practices, positioning statements, deal closing, etc., monthly and quarterly planning of MRR/ARR, setting output and outcome targets, pipeline management and forecasting on team and individual level, and collaboration with all customer-facing teams on maximizing CX.
