Nikos Ntirlis has over 10 years of work experience in the field of community development and customer support. From 2019 to present, Nikos has been working at Databox, where they have held the roles of Community Development Team Manager, Customer Support Team Manager, and Presales Team Lead. In the role of Customer Support Team Manager, Nikos built processes to scale up the team's services and quality of Support. Nikos also designed a schedule that brought down the first response time from almost 4 hours (Jan 2021) to about a minute (April 2022). Additionally, Nikos designed Live Set Up Services, trained new team members and team leads, developed a prospecting framework, created quarterly team targets, and ran the Mentor project. In the role of Presales Team Lead, Nikos was responsible for getting new users set up in Databox, answering questions via chat and email, building customized reports, and helping the Sales team nurture leads to new customers.

Prior to their work at Databox, Nikos worked at Chess from 2011 to 2019, where they held the role of Chess Trainer (FIDE Title: FT - FIDE Trainer), ICCF International Master. In this role, Nikos was a Chess Coach, Chess Author, and Editor of many best-selling Chess books. Nikos was also the Danish National Team Coach in 3 Olympiads (Istanbul 2012, Tromso 2014 and Baku 2016) and two European Championships (Porto Carras 2011 and Reykjav\u00edk 2015). Nikos was always motivated to work with ambitious teams, clubs, and students.

Nikos Ntirlis earned their Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras.
