Rebeka Trop

Rebeka Trop has worked in various roles in the hospitality and customer service industry since 2007. In 2007, they began their career as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Park Hotel Ptuj. In 2009, they moved to Bioterme Mala Nedelja as a Sales and Marketing Manager. In 2012, they joined Sava Hotels & Resorts as a Sales Manager. In 2015, they returned to Bioterme Mala Nedelja as a Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Databox as a People Operations Manager. At Databox, they work to empower everyone in any organization to improve their productivity and performance.

Rebeka Trop obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Univerza na Primorskem between 2003 and 2007. Rebeka then went on to obtain a Master's degree in the same field from Univerza na Primorskem between 2007 and 2012. In December 2022, they obtained a certification from HR World for HR Week 2022.
