Abhinav Taneja

Abhinav Taneja is an accomplished technology and operations executive with extensive experience in product development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as VP of Operations at Databricks since August 2021, Abhinav also works as an investor and advisor for multiple early-stage companies in various sectors since August 2014. Prior to Databricks, Abhinav spent over a decade at Google, leading significant initiatives and managing large-scale operations within the Search & Assistant division, contributing to products with billions of users. Earlier career experiences include serving as Junior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where Abhinav led operational transformations for global Fortune 200 companies. Abhinav holds dual master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as Engineering Systems Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from Delhi College of Engineering.
