Alex Samuel has over a decade of experience in data engineering, data product design, and data science, with expertise in various areas including machine learning and data management. They have built AI platforms with a strong focus on security, and have successfully designed applications for classification, prediction, and NLP. Currently, Alex serves as a Resident Solutions Architect at Databricks, having previously held positions including Lead Data Engineer and Senior Data Scientist within marketing analytics. Alex holds a Master of Technology in Data Science and Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Panimalar Institute of Technology.
