Alexandra Welsh

Alexandra Welsh (Casas) is an accomplished change management leader with extensive experience in corporate operations and finance technology transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Change Management Lead at Databricks since September 2022, Alexandra previously held senior roles at Splunk focused on Go-To-Market Delivery Operations and Business Transformation from October 2019 to September 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at Salesforce from April 2016 to October 2019, where Alexandra was a Senior Manager in Finance Technology Transformation and served as the Latinoforce Communications Chair. Alexandra's career began at KPMG US from October 2009 to March 2016, advancing from Associate to Manager while participating in an international rotation. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
