Alicia Chen

Alicia Chen is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Engineering Manager for the AI Quality Agent Evaluation team at Databricks since October 2025. Prior to this role, Alicia was the Head of Engineering at Pika, where the focus was on building tools for residential and commercial services businesses from June 2024 to October 2025. As a co-founder and CTO of Pavilion from October 2019 to July 2023, Alicia contributed to significant growth, achieving a GMV of $1B and attracting a $22M Series A funding. Previous positions include Engineering Manager and Product Manager at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where contributions were made to the Education and Justice and Opportunity Initiatives, and leadership roles at Dropbox, where Alicia was Head of Desktop Platform, and Microsoft, where foundational work was laid as a Software Development Engineer. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
