Anand Ladda

Anand Ladda is an experienced field engineering leader currently at Databricks since 2021, where responsibilities include managing field engineering efforts. Previously, Anand held roles at Splunk from 2015 to 2021 as a staff solutions architect, focusing on commercial accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to Splunk, Anand worked at IBM as a technical sales specialist for BigInsights and Streams, promoting IBM's big data solutions. Anand's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at MicroStrategy, where roles ranged from senior solutions architect to group product manager, overseeing product strategy and delivery of analytical platforms. Anand's professional foundation includes a Master of Science in Software Reliability Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Technology with honors in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
