Andrew Gibson began their work experience as a Cast Member at The Walt Disney Company in 2007. Andrew then moved on to roles as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at BP, a Research Associate at Maxwell Drummond International, and a Consultant at Beecher Reagan Advisors. Following that, they worked as a Lead Associate at Ducatus Partners, Executive Search at Google, and currently serves as the Executive Research Lead at Databricks.
