Anne Degenne

Anne Degenne is a strategic communications expert with over a decade of experience across tech, diplomacy, and media. They currently serve as the Strategic Communications Lead at Databricks and hold a position as a Strategic Communications Specialist at Tudip Technologies. Previously, Anne was the Head of the Press and Communications Department at the French Consulate in San Francisco and founded WAVES, a strategic communications agency. Their early career included roles as a multimedia journalist, where they developed strong narrative skills and engaged with complex topics. Anne holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from IDJ Brussels.
