Ashley Santos

Ashley Santos currently serves as the Head of Candidate Experiences & Recruiting Coordination at Databricks, a position held since January 2020, where oversight includes the global Candidate Experience function across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, along with managing a team of over 20 direct and indirect reports. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at Samba TV from July 2016 to January 2020, including Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition, as well as Recruiter. Ashley began a career in recruiting at Andiamo! Group as a Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer from December 2014 to June 2016. Educationally, Ashley Santos earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Mary's College of California between 2010 and 2014 and holds a High School Diploma from Carondelet High School, obtained in 2010.
