Billy Rusteen is currently the Chief In-House Coach at My In-House Coach, where they assist attorneys in securing their first in-house positions. With a robust legal background, they previously held roles as Director at GitHub and Senior Counsel at Databricks, focusing on business development and partnerships. Billy also founded Rusteen Consulting, mentoring attorneys transitioning to in-house roles, and contributed to legal teams at Synopsys, Xamarin, and Microsoft. They earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and continue their studies at Stanford University.
