Brady Tello is a Senior Resident Solutions Architect at Databricks, specializing in helping organizations build world-class data infrastructure in the financial services industry. They previously served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Association Analytics, leading significant data technology modernization efforts. Tello's experience also includes roles at Palantir Technologies as a Tech Lead, as well as positions at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and the Software Engineering Institute, where they developed advanced data-driven security systems and automated solutions. Tello holds a Master of Science in Information Security Technology and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
