Burton Ferguson

Burton Ferguson is a seasoned security professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate security leadership, executive protection, and military special operations. Currently serving as the Global Safety and Security lead at Databricks, Burton oversees various security programs, including guard forces and emergency response teams. Previously, Burton spent six years in the U.S. Air Force as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller and also worked in executive protection for Palantir Technologies and Gavin de Becker & Associates. Burton holds a degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the Community College of the Air Force and possesses the Physical Security Professional (PSP) designation through ASIS.
