Casper Hsieh is a GTM and customer success leader with over 10 years of experience scaling adoption of AI, analytics, and SaaS platforms across the APAC region. With a strong track record in post-sales success and onboarding, Casper has worked in various verticals including Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, and Restaurants. Presently, they serve as a Sr. Delivery Solution Architect at Databricks. Prior to this role, Casper held positions at Mastercard Data & Services, where they were the Director of SaaS and Analytics, and served as Vice President of GTM Product Management for Advanced Analytics in Asia Pacific. They also began their career in a mid-sized tech company, contributing to its international expansion in the Asia Pacific region. Casper is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance and Economics at the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College.
