Chenxin

Chenxin Ma is currently a fourth-year PhD student in the Department of Industrial Systems & Engineering at Lehigh University, where they conduct research on large-scale optimization algorithms and their applications in machine learning under the supervision of Professor Martin Takac. Chenxin has held various positions in the field, including Senior Data Scientist at Databricks since 2022 and Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Walmart eCommerce from 2019 to 2020. Chenxin also gained experience as a Research Scientist at JD.COM and previously served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Lehigh University. They hold a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Lehigh University, a Master's degree in Mathematical Finance from Rutgers University, and a double major in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Nankai University.
