Cheryl Allieri

Cheryl Allieri currently serves as Director and Assistant General Counsel for Privacy at Databricks since March 2022, overseeing legal support for Privacy Compliance, Artificial Intelligence & Data, Information Security, Data Governance, and Enterprise Architecture. Prior to this role, Cheryl held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Bose Corporation from November 2013 to March 2022, focusing on data privacy compliance. Cheryl's extensive experience includes a notable tenure at Fidelity Investments from November 1996 to June 2010, where positions included Vice President/Senior Attorney in Legal Risk Advisory, Director of Legal Risk Advisory, and Principal Compliance Advisor for the National Financial clearing business. Cheryl began the legal career as Advisory Counsel at PaineWebber, where responsibilities included litigation and arbitration. Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
